O boy phasing buddies... Rae is also very creepy and half-demonic, so yay? (not yay on her thinking..) She COULD be considered a heroic type, but she's very much not an idiot. She IS interesting, but I do not ultimately see the two being buddies.

That said, snarky CR likely good, so we must do stuff.
